Understanding Projects

Projects are where your creative work happens. Each project is a complete workspace for a single creative endeavor.

What's in a project?​

Every project contains three connected modes:

Project lifecycle​

  1. Create — Start a new project from the Projects dashboard
  2. Build — Add assets, create scenes, generate content
  3. Collaborate — Work with your team in real-time
  4. Deliver — Export your final video

Projects and workspaces​

  • Projects live inside workspaces
  • All workspace members can access all projects
  • Each project has its own canvas, storyboard, and timeline

Best practices​

  • Name clearly: Use descriptive names like "Brand X - Launch Video - Q4"
  • One project per deliverable: Keep each video or creative piece in its own project
  • Use the canvas: Organize all your references before starting the storyboard
