Understanding Workspaces
Workspaces are containers for your team and projects. They keep everything organized and control who has access.
What's in a workspace?
Each workspace contains:
- Projects — All your creative work
- Team members — People who can collaborate
- Billing — Subscription and credits
- Settings — Workspace configuration
Personal vs team workspaces
When you sign up, Mito creates a Personal workspace for you automatically. You can also be invited to team workspaces shared with collaborators.
When to use separate workspaces
Create separate workspaces for:
- Different clients or brands
- Confidential projects
- Separate teams or departments
Workspace access
All members of a workspace can:
- View all projects in that workspace
- Create new projects
- Edit and delete projects
- Collaborate in real-time
