Ways to sign in

Mito offers two ways to access your account:

  • With email and password — Create credentials specific to Mito

Both options give you full access to all features.

We recommend using your corporate email to make collaboration with your team easier and keep your personal and professional projects separate.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid credentials" when signing in

Cause: The email or password doesn't match your account.

Solution:

  1. Verify you typed your email correctly
  2. Passwords are case-sensitive
  3. If you don't remember your password, use Forgot password?
  4. If you created your account with Google, use the Google button instead of email/password

Not receiving the verification or reset email

Solution:

  1. Wait a few minutes, it may take time to arrive
  2. Check your spam or junk folder
  3. Verify you entered your email correctly
  4. Try requesting the link again
  5. If you use a corporate email, check with your IT team about email filters

Session closes unexpectedly

Cause: Your session expired due to prolonged inactivity or browser issues.

Solution:

  1. Sign in again normally
  2. If the problem persists, clear your browser data for Mito and sign in again

Signed in with the wrong method

Cause: You created your account with Google but tried to sign in with email/password (or vice versa).

Solution:

  • If you created your account with Google → Always use the Sign up with Google button
  • If you created your account with email → Always use email and password

Can't access from another device

Solution:

  1. Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Google or email)
  2. Verify you have a stable internet connection
  3. Try a different browser if the problem continues

Security tips

  • Use a unique password for Mito, different from other services
  • Don't share your credentials with other team members
  • Sign out on public or shared devices
  • Keep your email secure, as it's how you recover your account
