Mito's referral program lets you earn credits by inviting friends and sharing your creative work. When people discover Mito through your referral links or shared assets, you both benefit with free credits.

How It Works​

The referral system creates a win-win situation:

  1. Friend signs up using your referral link → They get 1,500 credits immediately
  2. They subscribe to any paid Mito plan → You earn 3,000 credits
  3. Everyone wins — Repeat with unlimited friends for ongoing earnings

💡 No limits: There's no cap on how many people you can refer or how many credits you can earn.

Two Ways to Earn Credits​

Share your unique referral link (app.mito.ai/?ref=YOUR_CODE) through:

  • Social media (WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn)
  • Email and messaging
  • Professional networks
  • Creative communities

Shared Creative Work​

When you share assets publicly from Canvas, Storyboard, or Mito Director:

  • Include your referral code in shared links
  • People discover your work and sign up for Mito
  • Earn credits passively from your creative portfolio

Who Can Use Referrals​

Workspace Requirements:

  • Owners and Editors — Full access to referral features
  • Viewers — Cannot access referral program

Access Location:

  • Referral dashboard in workspace sidebar (gift icon with "Earn 3000" badge)
  • Asset sharing options throughout Mito (Canvas, Storyboard, Director)

Credit Details​

For Your Friends​

  • 1,500 credits immediately upon signup with your referral link
  • Credits appear in their account right away
  • No subscription required to receive credits

For You​

  • 3,000 credits when your referred friend subscribes to any paid plan
  • Credits added to your workspace automatically
  • No expiration on earned credits
  • Used before subscription benefits or payment methods

⏱️ Important: You earn credits only after your friend upgrades to a paid subscription. There's no time limit — they can subscribe weeks or months later and you'll still earn credits.
