Troubleshooting

Can't see the Templates option? Templates may not be enabled for your workspace. Contact your workspace admin about enabling the templates feature.

Template won't duplicate?

  • Check that you have available project slots in your plan
  • Large templates may take extra time to copy — wait a moment and try again
  • Refresh the page if the duplication seems stuck

Missing template content after duplication?

  • Refresh your browser and check the project again
  • Some assets may take time to fully load
  • Contact support if content is consistently missing

Template doesn't match my needs?

  • Remember templates are starting points — significant customization is expected
  • Consider if a different template category might be closer to your vision
  • For unique projects, starting with an empty project might be more efficient
