Canvas Limits

While there are no strict published limits, performance depends on the number and size of assets and your browser/device.

Practical guidance​

  • Use appropriately sized images for smoother panning and zooming
  • Spread very large boards across multiple projects if needed
  • Group related assets to keep your canvas organized
  • Use zoom controls to navigate large canvases efficiently

Troubleshooting​

Canvas feels slow​

  • Reduce the number of high-resolution images visible at once
  • Use smaller image sizes where full resolution isn't needed
  • Try zooming out to reduce rendered detail

Upload issues​

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify the file is in a supported format
  • Try a smaller file size if uploads fail

Can't select an asset​

  • The asset might be behind another one—use layer controls
  • Zoom in for more precise selection
  • Try clicking directly on the asset's center
