Example Conversations

Asset recovery assistance

User: I accidentally deleted an important image, can I get it back?
Director: Yes! Click the Mito logo in the top-left corner, then select "Trash" from the dropdown. You'll see all your deleted assets there. Find your image and click the restore button to bring it back to your canvas.

Successful assistance

User: How do I add an image to my canvas?
Assistant: Drag and drop the image file directly onto the canvas, or copy an image and press Cmd+V (Mac) or Ctrl+V (Windows) to paste it. You can also paste an image URL and it will appear on the canvas.

Organizing content

User: How do I keep my references organized?
Assistant: Group related assets together by selecting them and pressing Cmd+G (Mac) or Ctrl+G (Windows). Groups move together and resize proportionally. You can also use alignment guides that appear automatically when dragging assets near each other.

Group deletion warning

User: If I delete a group, can I restore it as a group?
Director: When you delete a group, each asset goes to trash individually. You can restore all the assets, but you'll need to group them together again manually. The grouping itself isn't preserved.

Sharing workflow

User: How do I share my asset publicly?
Assistant: Click on the asset to open the editor, then click the Share button in the top-right corner. Select "Public access" to create a shareable link that anyone can view. You can copy the link and share it on social media using the built-in buttons.
